In January, 2015 I attended the Canadian Constitution Foundation’s conference in Toronto where I participated in a debate about the Nadon decision. Fun fact: my original co-panelist was Grant Huscroft, who was subsequently appointed to the Ontario Court of Appeal. So they asked journalist Andrew Coyne to step in. It was definitely a pro-Nadon crowd, but I had a great time.
